Nightingale

Nightingale is a casual contemporary restaurant at 1017 West Hastings Street in downtown Vancouver, opened in 2016 by the Hawksworth Group under acclaimed chef David Hawksworth. Housed in a former university club building with soaring original ceilings, the restaurant features a wood-fired kitchen producing Neapolitan-style pizzas, ingredient-led seasonal dishes, and shared plates. The menu spans raw preparations including salads, crudo, and charcuterie, seasonal vegetable dishes, handmade pastas, and large shared plates. Signature items include the guanciale, pineapple and habanero pizza and the manila clam spaghetti vongole. Nightingale is Michelin Guide Recommended and was named Canada's Best Farm to Table Restaurant. Well-suited for casual group dining, date nights, and after-work gatherings along the Burrard Street corridor in downtown Vancouver.
