A restaurant and cocktail lab on Main Street in Vancouver's Mount Pleasant, its design drawn from the four classical elements. Chef Mayekar cooks boldly and with plenty of spice, pulling flavours from Bangkok, California, Spain, Mexico, Italy and Mumbai into dishes built on local ingredients and his Indian heritage, while Winnie Sun's drinks follow the same elemental theme with sustainability in mind. Lighting has been converted to LED, appliances are chosen to cut water use and building materials were sourced locally. It is listed in the MICHELIN Guide for Vancouver.
