Can I pay to rank higher or get the Verified badge?
No. The Verified badge and ranking eligibility are always free. CHOPSBOOK has no sponsored rankings or paid placement, so reviews and rankings stay trustworthy.
Can I cancel or downgrade any time?
Yes. Manage your subscription any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. If you downgrade, your existing content stays; you just cannot add more beyond your plan limits.
Which restaurants can join?
Restaurants of any cuisine, cafes, bakeries and online shops can join after passing merchant verification.
Which languages does the dashboard support?
The dashboard supports English, Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean, and your page can show information in all four languages.
