Kissa Tanto

Inspired by the jazz cafés of 1960s Tokyo, Kissa Tanto seduces with white mosaic floors, antique Japanese panels and walls crowded with art. The ambitious kitchen fuses Japanese and Italian cuisine, and its omakase draws on the à la carte and off-menu items, from roasted and fried celeriac with onion and mushroom dashi to hand-cut tajarin with butter, miso-cured egg yolk and parmesan, and a tiramisu with plum wine-soaked tofu filling.
