How It Started
It started with looking for food from home.
CHOPSBOOK was founded in August 2025 by a group of Hong Kong entrepreneurs who had moved to Canada. Looking for familiar food in a new country gave them a clear goal: build a complete dining platform for Canada's Asian communities.
Canada has large, active Asian communities, but there was no single place to find, review and share restaurants. So we built one, grounded in culture and built for the community.
