How It Began
Born from a passion for authentic food and community.
CHOPSBOOK was founded in August 2025 by a group of Hong Kong entrepreneurs who moved to Canada and found themselves searching for a familiar taste of home. What began as a simple need became a mission: to build the definitive dining platform for Asia's diaspora in Canada.
We saw a gap in vibrant Asian communities with no single destination to discover, review, and share their culinary experiences. So we built one. A platform rooted in culture, designed for community, and built for growth.
