一開始經過見到間舖，仲以為係日本人開嘅，入到去先知原來係韓國人團隊主理。睇Menu見到好多日韓Fusion配搭，好似韓式牛小排班尼迪蛋咁，幾特別。 今次試咗佢個「唐揚炸雞窩夫」，原來個底係用咗牛角窩夫 (Croffle)，食落有啲煙韌又夠脆。上面件炸雞就炸得啱啱好，入面仲好juicy，估唔到呢個配搭又幾好食喎。 另外嗌咗碟「明太子泡菜奶油義大利麵」，平時食出面啲明太子意粉好容易覺得太鹹或者太漏，但佢加咗泡菜入去，少少酸辣反而中和返個味道，成碟食晒都唔覺得膩。整體環境都舒服，值得紀錄低，下次可以同朋友再嚟
去之前見到d人話塊芝士牛肉多士必食，食完都真心推介，咬落去勁juicy，啖啖肉爆芝士汁，兩個人再食埋個沙爹Pho都好夠飽，沙爹湯底有料，唔係湯底加沙爹醬個d，真係24小時熬出黎，最後食埋個椰汁芒果糯米飯就圓滿了。

裝飾有特色，有個類似outdoor glass room既area, chill而且舒服。 食物上面餐牌比起一般越南餐廳多好多選擇，特別係嘢飲同埋cocktail幾有特色。當日試咗幾款菜式，軟殼蟹米紙卷同埋生牛肉係mvp。軟殼蟹新鮮炸得脆，生牛肉調味亦都恰到好處。 但係比較出名嘅生牛肉pho，餐牌話湯底熬咗好多個鐘，但係食落相對普通。另外，唔知點解幾名不同侍應不斷過嚟收碟，但明明係下午時段，而且無乜客人。呢樣嘢會比較煩擾。 整體嚟講，食物水準唔錯，算係相當有水準嘅越南fusion餐廳。

去左16 Ave 試左呢間「風林火山」入去登記就有得免費泊車幾方便 食左佢哋個自選便當 幾好嘅係可以自己揀想要嘅刺身、炸物或者丼飯 由兩格到九格都有 唔洗焗住食啲唔鍾意嘅配菜 定價都算合理。 佢個鰻魚飯算係過關 食落幾香又冇乾柴感 刺身水準喺 Calgary 嚟講算係咁 整體口感係滿意嘅
終於有Shake Shack 啦卡加利 由5月中開張到依家日日排長龍 人多到有返咗香港嘅錯覺🤣 好在店員手腳極快，Turnover rate 拍得住香港 🍔 Burger： 標榜用 Alberta Beef，塊扒超 Juicy 肉味濃！配埋極脆 Applewood-smoked bacon 同半溶芝士好正 客觀講 Size 偏細 男仔分分鐘要食兩個先夠喉 🥤 Milk Shake： 奶味超濃郁 雖然無得雙拼 但厚身足料 飲完加個包已經好飽 總結： 效率高、高質 Alberta 牛搭救 對得住條長龍 值得一試！✌🏻
