Established in 1966, Silver Dragon Restaurant is a family-owned and operated dining establishment located in the heart of Chinatown in Calgary, Alberta. For decades, the restaurant has been serving authentic Cantonese and Szechuan cuisine, prepared by chefs trained in Hong Kong. Its extensive menu features over 200 dishes, with highlights including daily dim sum served via traditional trolleys, fresh seafood, duck, and lobster.
