Nomo Nomo

Nomo Nomo is a 26-seat Japanese-style dining bar and cocktail club located at 1268 Commercial Drive in Vancouver, Canada, founded by Benedict Lim, Wayne Chow, and partners, and opened in September 2025. Inspired by Tokyo's back-alley bar culture, the restaurant specializes in seasonal, tapas-style yōshoku (Western-influenced Japanese comfort cuisine). Signature dishes include a prawn toast on a Chinese donut, DIY-wrap wagyu beef tartare, and red crab and truffle tamago sando, paired with inventive cocktails and Japanese highballs.
