Mozy's Charcoal is a fast-casual restaurant located in Toronto's Liberty Village, founded by Chef Barbode Soudi, an alumnus of the city's acclaimed fine-dining restaurant Alo. Named in honor of the chef's father, Mozaffar "Mozy" Soudi, the independent establishment applies fine-dining precision to classic charcoal-grilled chicken. The menu centers on flame-grilled chicken served with distinctive, chef-driven sides, including smoked labneh with brown butter and preserved lemon, chicken-salt fries, and tahini miso cookies.
