Enigma Yorkville

A fine dining room on St Thomas Street in Toronto's Yorkville, led by chef Quinton Bennett, whose career runs through South Africa, London and Copenhagen, including the MICHELIN starred Northcote and Noma. Service is a blind tasting menu where the only choice is six, eight or ten courses, modern European in style and built on global flavours with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Atlantic halibut with chanterelles and Australian wagyu with bone marrow are typical, and desserts such as raspberry and yuzu with puff pastry often steal the show. It has held a MICHELIN Star for several consecutive years.
