Edulis

A small restaurant on Niagara Street, just off King Street West in Toronto, run by husband and wife Michael Caballo and Tobey Nemeth. The pair cooked and travelled through Spain, Haida Gwaii, Vancouver, the Chianti countryside and Panama before returning to Toronto to take over the former Niagara Street Cafe. The kitchen works in a European and Mediterranean register through a seasonal tasting menu, with seafood and mushrooms to the fore. It was awarded one MICHELIN Star in the first Toronto guide in 2022 and has held it since, and has also placed on North America's 50 Best Restaurants.
