Nīzu Cafe focuses on high-end Japanese tea experiences, highlighted by its curated Matcha Reserve program that showcases ceremonial-grade matcha sourced directly from farms in Shizuoka, Japan. Its specialized menu blends beverage craftsmanship with Yoshoku-style lunch items, drawing crowds for signature creations like the caramelized Banana Matcha Latte, Miso Caramel Latte, crispy Ebi (shrimp) Katsu Sandos served on pillowy shokupan bread, and seasonal treats such as Matcha Basque Cheesecake.
