WVRST

WVRST is a modern, Munich-style beer hall located in downtown Toronto, Ontario, originally opened on King Street West in 2011 by owner and chef Aldo Lanzillotta. Designed with long communal tables, the establishment has grown to include multiple venues across the city, including a location at Union Station. WVRST specializes in artisan craft sausages—ranging from traditional bratwurst to game meats—alongside its highly popular double-dipped duck fat fries and soft pretzels. Accompanying the food menu is an extensive, rotating craft beverage program featuring a wide selection of local microbrews, ciders, and wines on tap.
