Po-ke is a locally owned and operated Hawaiian-Japanese fusion restaurant located on Centre Street North in Calgary, Alberta. Founded in early 2016 by David and Cindy Nguyen, the eatery was born out of a shared passion for travel and food, introducing customizable and creative poke options to the local community. The restaurant specializes in fresh, fast-casual dining, with a culinary program centered around vibrant Hawaiian poke bowls and warm udon noodle dishes. Signature menu highlights include their Traditional Bowl featuring marinated Ahi tuna with shoyu, the classic Salmon Bowl paired with sriracha aioli, and the unique Fire Bowl featuring torched salmon and jalapeños.
