Peya

Peya is at 2101 East Hastings Street in Vancouver. Chef and co-owner Ashwani Dabas blends French and Indian flavours in a stylish, colourful room with a lounge feel. The kitchen relies on a built-in tandoor for dishes such as chèvre and fig samosas with mint chutney, rabbit kebabs with cilantro pistou and grape chutney, and a spiced duck kulcha with pineapple raita. The bar makes creative cocktails with spices and tropical fruit. Peya was listed in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Vancouver, and bartender Chris Enns won the MICHELIN Exceptional Cocktails Award the same year.
