Linny's

Linny's is the latest spot from David Schwartz, whose group also runs Sunnys Chinese and Mimi Chinese. Named after his mother, Linda, and designed with Jack Lipson, it blends old-school steakhouse energy with deli touches. The menu reworks comfort classics, from challah service with pickles, house-made sauerkraut and whipped cheese with berry jam to a Caesar salad topped with crispy chicken skin, while steaks, fish and roast chicken are solid and the caramelized apple cake gets a tableside pour of chantilly. Prices skew high, suiting special occasions. It is a Recommended restaurant in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Toronto & Region.
