Liliana, at 1198 Queen Street West in Toronto, is chef Marvin Palomo's first solo restaurant. It opened in September 2025 and is named after one of his late Italian mentors. Palomo has cooked in Hong Kong, Italy and Toronto, including at the MICHELIN-starred VEA in Hong Kong, and was chef de cuisine at Vela in Toronto. The menu is rooted in Italian technique with Asian influences, such as an aglio e olio with chili crisp. The 30-seat room was listed in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Toronto & Region.
