About

Kebec Club Privé is run by Cassandre and Pierre-Olivier, a young couple who met at Laurie Raphaël and turned an industrial-style former hair salon into a unique table d'hôte: just 10 guests, one fixed seating, one grand shared table. The strictly Québécois cooking lets local ingredients shine with delicate simplicity, as in cod marinated in smoked oil and scallops in herring-bone jus. The pairing, including Québec wines and ciders, is recommended.
