The kitchen works in a market driven style, with lunch and dinner menus rewritten daily around what arrives and what the cooks feel like making, leaning on regional seasonal produce. Portions are generous and the room is genuinely welcoming. It was awarded a Bib Gourmand in the MICHELIN Guide Quebec in spring 2025.
