In the spring of 2025, the restaurant relocated to its newly designed, expansive venue at 81 Bay Street (4th Floor) within CIBC Square in the Financial District. Under the culinary direction of Executive Chef Danny McCallum, the establishment is internationally renowned for its meticulous in-house dry-aging program, which features a dedicated state-of-the-art Dry Aging Room.
