Hula Poke at CrossIron Mills brings Hawaiian poke bowls to the big outlet mall north of Calgary. Signature bowls include the Yuzu with ginger sesame and avocado, the spicy Korean Koko with gochujang and kimchi, plus ponzu, ancho and miso ginger builds, many with vegan and gluten-friendly options. Drinks run to Wai-Tai fruit-infused coconut water and coconut milk coffees, with cassava Hula Chips on the side. Everything is made fresh to order in the food court setting.
