Located in the Aspen neighbourhood of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Be'O Café is a cafe and dessert shop dedicated to matcha. Opened in March 2026 by the team behind the popular Greedy Donut, it aims to provide a quiet space for patrons to savour matcha and moments of tranquility. Be'O Café's signature beverages include classic ceremonial matcha and matcha cream, while its dessert selection features matcha choux pastry, matcha cheesecake, matcha cookies, and matcha tiramisu. As a sister establishment to Greedy Donut, the cafe also offers a variety of freshly baked donuts, including matcha cream-filled options, alongside other flavours such as Oreo and Vanilla.
