Horin Ramen is a Japanese restaurant located in Burnaby, British Columbia. The brand carries on the heritage of a famous restaurant founded in Ogori, Fukuoka in 1966, which was recognized as the birthplace of adding chili tare to tonkotsu ramen. Exactly ten years after the original shop's closure due to the founder's health, HORIN was established to revive that legacy. The restaurant features a pure tonkotsu broth developed through the founder's background in traditional Japanese cuisine, offering a light mouthfeel with a gentle, clean finish designed for all ages.
