Hawksworth Restaurant

A restaurant inside the Rosewood Hotel Georgia on West Georgia Street in downtown Vancouver, open since 2011 and led by Vancouver born chef David Hawksworth, who spent a decade in Europe in MICHELIN starred kitchens including Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, L'Escargot and The Square. The cooking is contemporary Canadian, built on local seasonal ingredients and matched with a careful cocktail and wine programme. It has been named best hotel restaurant in North America at the World Culinary Awards and is listed in the MICHELIN Guide for Vancouver.
