Giulietta

An Italian restaurant on College Street in Toronto, opened in 2018 by chef Rob Rossi and David Minicucci as a neighbourhood trattoria. Rossi's cooking respects tradition while making familiar dishes such as ragu or wood fired pizza feel new, in plates like yellowfin tuna crudo with bergamot marmalade, ricotta agnolotti with morels, mafalde with veal cheek ragu, and charred, puffy pizza built on smart ingredients. The room, designed by architect Guido Costantino, keeps its original brick and beam. It is listed in the MICHELIN Guide for Toronto.
