An Italian restaurant on Dundas Street West in Toronto with a plant forward menu where house made pasta is the main event, from risotto and gnocchi to the signature mushroom agnolotti glossed in butter and Parmigiano Reggiano. The room seats 32, with about 30 more on the patio running along Dundas West. Sommelier Matthew DeGasperis curates a mainly Italian list with an emphasis on organic, biodynamic and skin contact wines, alongside a well chosen local beer selection. It has been recognised in the MICHELIN Guide for Toronto in successive years.
