A fully plant based restaurant on West Broadway in Vancouver's Kitsilano, opened by friends Colin Uyeda and Pricilla Deo around share plates that lean on local produce, with local wine, beer and spirits behind the bar. The small, polished room has deep blue walls hung with pressed seaweed and dried grasses for a coastal feel, an open kitchen in full view and a no tipping policy. Bread served with kale butter, and cabbage in a silky potato based mole with smoky, tangy notes, show what it does. It is listed in the MICHELIN Guide for Vancouver.
