Dolce Gelato is a family-owned artisanal dessert shop founded in 2006 by Pino Luca and his wife Ivonne. Originally launched in Toronto's Little Italy neighborhood, the brand has grown over nearly two decades and currently operates two locations, including one on Augusta Avenue in Kensington Market. The shop specializes in authentic Italian gelato, dairy-free sorbets, traditional Italian espresso, and complementary desserts like cakes, waffles, and crepes. Its extensive gelato catalog features over 60 rotating recipes crafted with traditional methods, showcasing flavors ranging from classic pistachio, bacio, and hazelnut to unique combinations like dulce de leche and roasted marshmallows.
