Burger Drops

Burger Drops is a dedicated American-style smash burger restaurant located at 116 Atlantic Ave in the Liberty Village neighborhood of Toronto, Ontario. Founded by chef and owner Greg Bourolias, the brand originated in 2018 as a mobile pop-up operation before establishing its permanent brick-and-mortar storefront in September 2020. The restaurant specializes in classic smash burgers, which feature premium beef patties pressed thinly on a hot griddle to achieve a distinct crispy edge while remaining juicy. Its signature menu offerings include the Original Drop, a cheeseburger paired with house-made drop sauce, as well as the Fried Onion Burger, served alongside beef tallow fries.
