Bravo

A seafood-forward restaurant and bar at 4194 Fraser Street in Vancouver's Fraserhood, opened in August 2023 by Jonah Joffe and Jon Merrill in the space previously occupied by Ubuntu Canteen. Also known as Bar Bravo, the kitchen is led by Red Seal chef and partner Jonah Joffe and works with sustainable fish and shellfish on a small seasonal menu that changes often, taking in oysters, dry aged fish and house made pasta, alongside a wine list and cocktail program. Bravo was named Best New Restaurant by Vancouver Magazine in 2024, took Best Seafood and Informal Contemporary in 2025, and is listed in the MICHELIN Guide Vancouver.
