Azura

A tasting menu restaurant at 162 Danforth Avenue in Toronto's Greektown, opened in 2024 by chef Adam Ryan and Joshua Mott. The kitchen serves a blind menu of around eleven courses that works Mediterranean flavours through local Canadian and often foraged ingredients, running from elaborate canapes to dishes such as short rib tagine. A bar anchors the centre of the room, and both alcoholic and zero proof pairings are offered, including cocktails built on olive oil. Azura is listed in the MICHELIN Guide Toronto and took an Outstanding Cocktail award in 2024.
