AVITUS Wine Bar is an intimate French wine bar located in the Henry Block of the Marda Loop neighborhood in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Opened in 2023 by owner de la Chanoie, the establishment was created to bring an approachable, cozy slice of French soul to Calgary's wine culture. The menu features a carefully chosen selection of rotating wines sourced from various regions across France, thoughtfully paired with artisanal charcuterie boards, cured meats, and a rotating selection of fine cheeses. Operating primarily on a walk-in basis with no reservations, the small bar provides a relaxed, neighborhood bistro setting alongside a popular sidewalk patio.
