Antylia

Antylia, at 1059 Bloor Street West in Toronto, serves Mexican and Latin American cooking under chef-owners Aldo Camarena and Ashley McKay. The kitchen makes its own masa, nixtamalizing heirloom corn and grinding it on a volcanic stone mill imported from Puebla, Mexico. Signature dishes include a corn and duck gordita with jam and foie gras, and an Argentinian shrimp aguachile verde. Antylia was named a Bib Gourmand in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Toronto & Region.
