Antler

A kitchen and bar on Dundas Street West near Dufferin in Toronto, opened in 2015 by executive chef Michael Hunter and documentary filmmaker and sous chef Jody Shapiro. The menu is built around Canadian game and foraged ingredients, with dishes such as ash crusted venison, venison tartare, wild boar and bison, and Hunter, who grew up in Caledon, also forages and makes his own maple syrup. Antler is listed in the MICHELIN Guide Toronto.
