Aloette Restaurant

Aloette Restaurant is a contemporary bistro and diner at 163 Spadina Avenue in Toronto's Fashion District, opened in 2017 as the casual sibling to the acclaimed Alo Restaurant above. The dining room is designed to evoke a railway dining car, with an energetic, welcoming atmosphere featuring bar stools at the open kitchen counter. The menu takes an internationally inspired approach to bistro fare, with signature dishes including the acclaimed Aloette cheeseburger and lemon meringue pie. The restaurant received Michelin recommendation starting in 2022, and was awarded Canada's Best New Restaurant by Air Canada's enRoute Magazine in 2018, as well as a ranking of #35 on Canada's 100 Best Restaurants in 2019. Well suited for casual dining, solo meals at the bar, and leisurely lunches in the Spadina and Queen Street West area.
