Korea Noodle House

Korea Noodle House, located in Burnaby's Crystal Mall, is a specialized restaurant co-founded by South Korean celebrity chef Lee Won Il and his brother. Opened in August 2025, this establishment marks the chef's first culinary venture in North America, bringing authentic Korean comfort food to Metro Vancouver. The restaurant is known for its freshly made, hand-cut kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) served in generous portions. Among its signature offerings, the Double Decker pork bone broth noodle soup stands out for its rich flavor and tender meat, while the Very Shroomy Creamy perilla and mushroom noodles present a unique, nutty taste profile. Complementing its noodle dishes, the restaurant also features popular meat specialties, such as its tender soy-glazed LA-style beef short ribs.
