PUNCH

PUNCH opened in October 2025 inside Le Germain Hotel Toronto Mercer at 30 Mercer Street. Inspired by modern London, it combines British pub fare with Indian flavours. Executive chef Mandar Kulkarni previously cooked at the MICHELIN-starred Don Alfonso 1890, as well as Buca and Le Select Bistro. The menu is split into shareable small plates and mains, ranging from samosas to beef Wellington and biryani. The 91-seat room uses green marble and wood panelling to evoke a British guild hall. PUNCH was listed in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Toronto & Region.
