Located in Langham Square, Markham, Ontario, Neighbour Hong Kong Street Food (綸嘉) officially opened on August 12, 2026. Founded by a family that previously operated a snack shop in Hong Kong, the eatery recreates authentic local comfort flavors in Canada. Its signature offerings feature traditional Hong Kong spoon noodles (doggie noodles) crafted with a rich dried shrimp, lard residue, and pork bone broth, alongside a nostalgic shredded duck leg broth served with a whole duck leg and plant-based fin, all meticulously prepared using the owner's original recipes.
