On the Plateau-Mont-Royal, a quartet of co-owners including chefs Danny Smiles and Mitch Laughren runs this elegant, light-filled restaurant. The contemporary menu borrows from both English- and French-speaking traditions, from lamb's heart with remoulade and bottarga and smoked mussels with braised leeks to guinea fowl chasseur and onglet with peppercorn sauce, plus a seasonal millefeuille and a regularly updated cocktail list. It is a Recommended restaurant in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Québec.
