Le Parlementaire

On the first floor of the historic National Assembly of Québec building, reached by a superb solid-oak staircase. Framed by some 20 columns, the grand dining room keeps a traditional style, and chef Sébastien Laframboise uses only local produce, including honey from the Assembly's hives and vegetables from its garden; the set menu inspired by Indigenous cultures is always a good bet, and a tour of the parliament makes a fine add-on. It is a Recommended restaurant in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Québec.
