Le Ambre Buvette

In Sainte-Foy, away from Québec City's historic centre, a laid-back, welcoming restaurant built on Québec's terroir. Its tasting menu of about a dozen small sharing plates includes Gaspé lobster ravioli with cauliflower and a fragrant bisque, house beer sausages with Migneron de Charlevoix aligot and a time-honoured Paris-Brest, paired with an all-Québec wine list. It is a Recommended restaurant in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Québec.
