Tanière³

Located in a 17th-century vaulted cellar in Old Quebec, Tanière³ traces its origins to 1977 as La Tanière and was reimagined in 2019 under Chef François-Emmanuel Nicol and Roxan Bourdelais. The restaurant specializes in contemporary Quebecois and boreal gastronomy through an immersive blind tasting menu highlighting local ingredients. Tanière³ has earned two Michelin stars and the Art of Hospitality Award from North America's 50 Best Restaurants.
