Heytea Lab (Eaton Centre)

Heytea Lab is a premium tea concept located at Yonge Street inside Toronto's Eaton Centre in Downtown Toronto, specialising in artisanal tea beverages. This location, which opened in February 2026, is Canada's first Heytea Lab, the second in North America, marking a landmark entry for the globally recognised Chinese tea brand. The space features a minimalist, modern interior with glass-display tea leaf cases, sleek counters, and lighting, creating an upscale café ambiance. The menu centres on the Rock Oolong series, alongside shave ice and seasonal ice cream. To celebrate the Toronto opening, Heytea collaborated with acclaimed chef Susur Lee on a limited caviar and yuzu pairing. Suited for tea enthusiasts, date outings, and those exploring Downtown Toronto's Yonge Street retail dining scene.
