Heritage Asian Eatery is the Time Out Market Vancouver outpost of the local Asian comfort food brand, on the second floor at 650 W 41st Ave. The stall serves Cantonese-style barbecue including premium char siu pork, signature roast duck, soy chicken and charcoal-roasted lamb skewers. Dishes lean on locally sourced ingredients with a modern twist on classics like Peking duck. It is a quick-service stop inside the Oakridge Park food hall, open daily. The brand also runs three standalone locations in Vancouver.
