Fanny Bay Oyster Bar

An oyster bar and shellfish market on Cambie Street in Vancouver's Stadium District, open since 2017 and named for the Vancouver Island region where Fanny Bay oysters are farmed. Oysters and shellfish come from the company's own farms or from certified fisheries, with sustainable sourcing at the centre of the operation. The original Fanny Bay farm was founded forty years ago by three local oyster growers and joined the Taylor Shellfish family of farms, shellfish growers since 1890, in 2006. Mussels, prawns and other seafood round out the menu, with brunch at weekends. It is listed in the MICHELIN Guide for Vancouver.
