Fable Kitchen

A farm to table restaurant on West 4th Avenue in Vancouver's Kitsilano, running for more than a decade on food and wine sourced from local farmers and winemakers. Head chef Michael Broadbent leads the kitchen, Nicolle Vaupotic runs the wine programme and there is a cocktail list to match. Exposed red brick, wood furnishings and two varnished counters facing the open kitchen make for a lively, comfortable room. It received a Bib Gourmand in the 2025 MICHELIN Guide.
