A Persian restaurant on West 4th Avenue in Vancouver's Kitsilano, run by chef owner Bardia Ilbeiggi. Trained first as an aerospace engineer, Ilbeiggi moved into kitchens and went to France to study classical technique at Gregoire Ferrandi, later working in two MICHELIN starred European restaurants. The cooking is a modern reading of Iranian flavours and his own roots, built on dried limes, herbs and spiced braises. It is listed in the MICHELIN Guide for Vancouver.
