Coffee Dak Lak is a specialized Vietnamese coffee shop located inside the Pacific Mall in Markham, Ontario. Established in 2016, the brand began as a small food stall on the mall's second floor and derives its name from Đắk Lắk, a prominent coffee-growing province in Vietnam's Central Highlands from which the owners directly source monthly shipments of beans. Grounded in authentic brewing traditions, the shop is widely recognized for its robust, slow-dripped Robusta coffee. The menu highlights their traditional Iced Condensed Milk Coffee, a bold yet smooth signature blend, alongside their popular Vietnamese Egg Coffee, which features a creamy, whisked egg custard froth poured over a rich espresso base.
