A restaurant and wine bar on boulevard Saint-Laurent in Montreal, opened in May 2016 by Melanie Blanchette and chef Francois Nadon as the more casual sister to their fine dining room Bouillon Bilk, one block away. It occupies a former army surplus store, keeping the original facade behind a minimal interior with an open kitchen and seating for around 90. The menu is built for sharing, with plates such as leek with marinated mackerel, hand cut beef tartare with grated Asiago, snow crab with red curry, and seared calamari with Asian pear and chilli beurre blanc. It holds a Bib Gourmand in the MICHELIN Guide Quebec.
