¿CóMO? Taperia

A Spanish tapas bar in Vancouver's Mount Pleasant neighbourhood, opened in 2018 by bartender Shaun Layton, Meat & Bread co-founder Frankie Harrington and chef Justin Witcher. The room takes its cue from the standing-room tapas bars of Barcelona's Poble Sec and Madrid's La Latina, with a stand-up bar, low tables and seating for groups. Many ingredients are imported directly from Barcelona, and the bar pours Spanish beer alongside vermut and sherry on tap. It was named the country's second best new restaurant by enRoute in 2019 and is listed in the MICHELIN Guide.
